The design originates from a study of simple geometric forms, repeated and refined into a structure that feels both dynamic and controlled. What appears spontaneous is guided by careful proportion and spatial consideration.
A solid ash wood top reinforces the material presence of the piece, creating grounded and tactile expression. The relationship between base and top emphasises weight, density, and continuity of material.
Finished with pigmented linseed oil, the surface preserves the natural grain of the wood while introducing controlled variation in tone and colour. Depending on the chosen finish, the table shifts from restrained material presence to bold architectural expression while maintaining a consistent formal language.
